The radio station said the broadcasting of the recitations is in line with its regional and international role and based on the recommendations of Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi to prepare for the launch of this radio’s global website.

A statement from the Egyptian National Media Association states that the Holy Quran Radio will broadcast the Al-Azhar Students’ Quran Recitation on Sundays at 22:15 Cairo time.

Ahmed Moslamani, the president of the association, said this Quran recitation demonstrates Egypt’s continued leadership in recitation and the continuous emergence of new and creative talents in this field.

It is worth mentioning that the Quran recited in Tarteel by Al-Azhar students was recorded with the voices of students who had outstanding recitations.

They have been selected after careful selection and training processes.
